STEP 1:Complete the personal information portion of the pledge card.

STEP 2:If you are making a Leadership Gift of $1,000 or more, please write your name(s) as you want it (them) to appear in the United Way of Washtenaw County Leadership Giving Association Directory.

STEP 3:Select your payment option and indicate the total amount of your gift.

STEP 4:Choose how you would like your gift directed and the amount.

STEP 5:You may designate all or any portion of your pledge to the following:

  • Community Investment Fund
  • Funding Focus Areas (as listed on pledge card)
  • United Way Initiatives (as listed on pledge card) or
  • Any 501(c)(3) agency or organization. (Indicate in "Designations" area on pledge card)
  • Frequently Designated Agencies can be found here
  • If you wish to donate to an agency or organization not listed, please write the agency name, location, and amount in the "Designations"area on pledge card.

STEP 6:After you complete your pledge, please sign and date. Keep PINK copy for your records. Send WHITE and YELLOW copy in the envelope provided via campus mail.

STEP 7:If you have lost your envelope, place pledge card in a campus mail envelope and address to: United Way Office 6080 Fleming Administration Building 503 Thompson Street 1340
